Angelia “Angie” Jackson is an Award-winning Filmmaker currently based in Atlanta, Ga. Since 2019, Angie has pursued her passion for storytelling as a Writer-Director, working relentlessly to hone and cultivate her skills and ability to craft unique narratives.

Angie’s award-winning series “HER: a micro serie” was a success achieving seven award nominations and three wins on the film festival circuit in 2022. The micro series is currently streaming on Open Television (OTV), a nonprofit streaming platform for intersectional tv.

Angelia is on a mission to write and direct comedic and dramatic tales that are focused on people of marginalized communities that will leave a lasting impact on its viewers.
